What we aim for

This site is written to work with a keyboard, with a screen reader, and with browser text enlarged. Navigation, the quote form and every accordion are operable without a pointer.

Measures in place

Semantic landmarks and heading order, visible focus styles, labelled form fields with inline status messages, skip-to-content links, breadcrumbs, and text contrast checked against the teal and copper brand palette.

Known limitations

Hero photographs on interior pages are set as CSS background images, so they carry no text alternative; the information they illustrate is repeated in the page copy. The home page carousel advances on a timer, which stops automatically if your operating system requests reduced motion, and every slide is reachable by the arrows and dots with a keyboard.
