About Cinderlock Security

We are a California private security firm that treats the written record as part of the service.

Why the company exists

Most of the complaints we hear about contract security are not about officer conduct. They are about not knowing what happened: no record of a patrol, no written rule for the exception case, no one accountable when the same door is found propped for the sixth time. Cinderlock was built to close that gap. Every assignment produces post orders, a reporting format and a review date, so a client can see what their coverage actually delivered.

How we staff

Officers are BSIS registered before their first shift, briefed on the specific property, and kept on the assignment wherever the schedule allows. Consistency is not a luxury — an officer who knows your delivery windows and your regulars is worth more than a technically superior stranger.

What we will tell you honestly

If an armed post is not justified, we will recommend unarmed coverage. If lighting and a closed gate would solve more than eight hours of patrol, we will say so. If a site is outside a route we can service responsibly, we will decline it rather than take the contract and hope a supervisor catches the problem first.

Licensing and compliance

Private security employer registration with the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services, firearm permits for armed assignments, and insurance certificates issued to match the specific service level contracted. Documentation is available to clients, property managers and insurers on request.
